West Park Pre-School underwent a refurbishment of its front and back elevations to enhance appearance and durability. The works involved removing existing fibreboard cladding and installing modern, low-maintenance composite slatted cladding, improving weather resistance and giving the building a refreshed, contemporary look. All works were carried out with minimal disruption to the pre-school’s daily operations

The maintenance work at South Downs College involved repairs to the flat roof and cladding of the building. The flat roof repairs were crucial in addressing issues related to water leakage and insulation, ensuring that the structure remained protected from the elements and maintained its energy efficiency. The cladding repairs focused on restoring the exterior façade, which contributes to the overall durability and weather resistance of the building.

Installed commercial gully pipework and manholes to ensure proper roof drainage and prevent water accumulation at the front entrance. Work involved hand-digging two square meter holes, installing two manholes, new pipework, and two commercial gullies, then laying shingle around the pipes. Holes will be backfilled with type 1 stone and topped with tarmac.

Refurbishment works at Bramley School involved installing fire-resistant partitions and fire doors, removing carpets, repairing and preparing walls, adding low-level MDF boxing, fitting manhole covers, and decorating Room 105, while Room 21 saw the construction of a stud around data cables, installation of a metal partition, wall preparation and painting, and a new stud partition above the frame.
