Our expertise encompasses the refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies, all tailored to reflect the unique preferences of the residents. Our Construction and Refurbishment services in the housing sector include a full principal contractor service, the construction of both social and private housing, significant external repairs for low-rise and high-rise buildings, cyclical redecoration and repairs, planned upgrades for kitchens and bathrooms, and window and door replacements.

This project involved removing deteriorated paint from the front, side, and boundary walls, followed by repairing cracked render to restore structural integrity and appearance. The rear chimney stack was also repaired for safety. After preparation, two coats of high-quality masonry paint will be applied for durability and visual appeal. All external window silicone will be replaced to improve sealing and energy efficiency.

Renovations included kitchen, understairs/boiler cupboard, dining room, and exterior/garden works. Tasks involved stripping and installing the kitchen, inspecting plumbing, repairing flooring/skirting, refurbishing the understairs/boiler area, repairing dining room walls and skirting, and extensive exterior works including wall and patio removal, soil excavation, stone subbase installation, retaining wall and paving construction, drainage, and house wall repair.

At Broomhill, the project focused on improving the building’s structure and appearance. The old concrete floor was removed and replaced with a new system featuring a membrane, 150mm concrete layer, 150mm Celotex insulation, and a latex screed up to DPC level. All skirting boards were renewed, walls repaired and painted white for a brighter finish. The kitchen was fully replaced with the stop cock relocated, and the bathroom floor was renewed over 50m² with 35m of new skirting installed.

Coach Road Renovation included a full internal refurbishment. General Works: Walls and ceilings treated and painted with Dulux Diamond Matt; doors, frames, and skirting glossed. Four radiators replaced, 45m of new skirting installed, and seven ply flush doors fitted. Bathroom: Complete refit with mould treatment, new anti-slip flooring, modern suite, and fresh tiling; walls and ceiling finished with Zinsser Perma White. Kitchen: Full refurbishment including mould treatment, two new doors (one fire door), and installation of a modern Skyline kitchen with new tiling.
