Tanking was applied to all walls for waterproofing, and the walls and ceiling arches were finished with a waterproof repellent paint. New door locks and shatterproof security glass were installed, and the electrics were fully replaced. The floor was painted and prepared, leaving the property secure, waterproof, and ready for rental.
