Tanking was applied to all walls for waterproofing, and the walls and ceiling arches were finished with a waterproof repellent paint. New door locks and shatterproof security glass were installed, and the electrics were fully replaced. The floor was painted and prepared, leaving the property secure, waterproof, and ready for rental.

These commercial units underwent renovations, including the removal of stud partition walls. Plumbing and construction upgrades were completed in the kitchen and bathroom. External door carpentry was performed, and block walls were heli-barred and repointed as needed for structural integrity. Finally, the interior walls were spray-painted for a clean finish.

The project required maintaining public access while managing live utilities, heritage features, mature trees, and other sensitive constraints. All works were completed under the Contract Administrator’s direction with full asset protection and minimal operational disruption.
